Missing Posts...

So I finished the books. They will start dropping in January 2010. Now I'm gearing up to revamp the main website and get some new samples done. Here are 4 images to make up for the lost weeks.

Angel

Still hard at work finishing off books. I'm pretty happy with how this came out. Once I finish this book I'm going to revisit this subject in a more dramatic way. I was looking at some of the Baroque masters to get ideas and palettes on this one.

Alien Heroine

This is another character slated for the 2010 book which I will have more details on in future posts. Not much to say about this one except that I really wanted to nail the pose of action and keep her attractive.

I was interested to find out that female androids are called Gynoids. Who knew? Anyhow, here's my take on a retro 50's diner gynoid carhop.

Sick Days

Evil brain in a jar... It sounds more intimidating if you say "evil" pronounced "eaveaul" (try moving your mouth a lot to accentuate the phonetics as well if you can).

I don't know how these have a reputation for being able to inflict injury or cause calamity. Really, it seems like being held captive in a jar would keep it out of mischief.

Illegal Aliens.

I'm going to try to be better about doing a post at least once a week. This week is the Grey Alien.

Anyhow in the spirit of the current xenophobia I suggest we build a giant space wall to keep these little grey guys from coming here illegally and using up our precious resources. I know what you are going to say "They take the jobs no one else will: like being experimented on, scaring small towns to the point of hysteria and performing random acts of anal probe.". I've heard the arguments and I say that good hard working Americans are willing to take those jobs as soon as they offer a decent wage and are not fictional.

I'm working on a new project and due to the nature of said project I'm allowed to post the results here even before the books are released. More as it moves forward but here is one of the first projects.


My pal Chip finally sent me the colored version of the tattoo I drew for him. I cant wait to see the rest inked on his arm.
